Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport (TFS) shares the responsibility of providing a gateway into and out of the island with Tenerife North Airport and it is a busy facility, handling around nine million passengers per year.
The airport is operated by Aena, who have a reputation for providing good facilities throughout all the Spanish air facilities that are under their control.

An information desk is located on the ground floor of the terminal building at which passengers will find experienced, multilingual staff that are capable of dealing with a wide range of enquiries and problems.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
For duty-free shopping, passengers will find outlets situated on the airside in Departures. Elsewhere in the airport there are a number of retailers including a newsagent and a florist as well as gift, clothing, accessory and music shops.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
There's no shortage of outlets for food and beverages at Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport (TFS); on the landside you'll find SSP Ritazza Caféteria-bar and SSP Select Caféteria, while on the airside there's a Bill Bentley pub, Carlsberg pub, Dorada bar, Ibense Bornay café and ice-cream parlour and a La Naranja juice bar.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
A bank is provided by Caja Canarias and is situated on the ground floor of the terminal building. There are three ATMs situated in various parts of the building dispensing money 24/7.
Business and Conference Facilities

Disabled Facilities
Access for wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility is provided throughout the airport, while special toilets and disabled-friendly telephones can be found in many parts of the terminal. Passengers with special needs requiring the use of a wheelchair should inform their airline prior to arriving at the airport.
