Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport (TFS) has a wide variety of convenient transfer options to popular resorts such as Playa de la Americas and Los Cristianos.

Taxis and shuttles are the most practical and popular means of getting to and from the airport, with hotel shuttles often available for those who have reserved rooms in advance.

Buses

Public buses run from the airport to a variety of destinations on the island, leaving from outside the Arrivals Hall. The number 341 service goes to Santa Cruz Bus Station, stopping at destinations along the way. The number 340 bus runs to Puerto de la Cruz and Tenerife North Airport, while number 487 goes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Américas.

Shuttle Buses

Private companies operate shuttle services between the airport and popular resorts. Shared minibuses are often the mode of transport and are sometimes provided as part of a package deal. Alternatively, these can be booked independently online or through a travel agent.

Hotel Shuttles

Many hotels provide their own private cars for airport pick-ups, while some use private minibus companies to bring guests to their establishments. We recommend that you establish the availability of these services when you book your hotel room.

Taxi Cabs

A taxi rank is situated outside of Arrivals, from where passengers can take cabs to Santa Cruz, Playa de las Americas and other popular destinations. It is recommended that you agree on the fare before you commence your journey.
